Refunds

Because a song is made for you straight away, the right to cancel ends once the first lyrics are written (you agree to this at checkout). If we cannot make a song for you, or a technical fault stops it, you get your money back. Songs you have not started in a pack can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, at the pack's price per song.

You get your money back when

• you cancel before the first lyrics are written (full refund);
• a song cannot be made (for example the music model refuses every version, or a fault on our side stops it);
• you ask within 30 days for songs in a pack you have not started (the pack's price per song for each);
• you were charged twice.

How to ask

Write to hello@stillmorning.net from the email you ordered with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 days.
