Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once for one song. There is nothing to cancel.

Which currency will I pay in?

$29 in US dollars by default, €29 in the euro area and £29 in the UK. Stripe shows the final amount, including any tax, before you pay.

How do I pay?

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. We never see your card number.

Can I get a refund?

Because a song is made for you straight away, the right to cancel ends once the first lyrics are written (you agree to this at checkout). If we cannot make a song for you, or a technical fault stops it, you get your money back. Songs you have not started in a pack can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, at the pack's price per song.

Can I order songs for two children?

Each personalized song is made for one child, so a pack of 5 works well for brothers and sisters. A song can also mention a sibling by first name if you tell us about them.

Do pack songs expire?

No. Make them whenever you like from your pack link. Songs you have not started can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
