1. What you buy

Still Morning makes songs for children with AI: personalized songs that sing a child's first name (birthdays, bedtime, routines, a new baby, Christmas), and songs for children to listen to and learn from (letters, numbers, hand washing, circle time, another language). An AI writer drafts the lyrics from what you tell us, you read and change the words, then an AI music model sings it. You buy one song or a pack of songs, paid once. Each song includes: Lyrics written from what you tell us (with a child's first name in the chorus if you like); You can change any word yourself, and ask for up to 3 fresh drafts, before the song is made; Up to 3 sung versions of the song; you keep the one you like best; A song of about two minutes, as an MP3 you download; A private page with a player you can send to family. Pack songs never expire.

2. Price and payment

one song $29, five songs $49, twenty songs $99 (the same numbers in euros or pounds in Europe and the UK), paid once. No subscription; packs never expire. Stripe shows the final amount, including any tax, before you pay. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. We never see your card number.

3. Who may order

You must be 18 or older. A personalized song is for your own child, or a child in your family or circle with the parent's permission. Songs for children to listen to may be made for any audience of children.

4. Delivery

The lyrics are ready about a minute after payment. Each sung version takes about two to four minutes. Delivery is digital, on your order page and by email.

5. Right to cancel

Songs are digital content made to your details. At checkout you ask us to start straight away and confirm that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the first lyrics are written. Before that, you may cancel and get a full refund. Because a song is made for you straight away, the right to cancel ends once the first lyrics are written (you agree to this at checkout). If we cannot make a song for you, or a technical fault stops it, you get your money back. Songs you have not started in a pack can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, at the pack's price per song.

6. Your content

You confirm you may share the details you give us and that they do not name or harm anyone else. We may refuse an order that asks for content that is not suitable for children.

7. Use of the songs

Use your songs at home, at a party, in a classroom or nursery, and on your own social or video channels, including monetised ones. You may not resell the song files themselves, use them to advertise a product, or claim they were written or sung by a person. The songs are made with AI and may not be eligible for copyright protection in every country; we grant you every right we have in your songs for these uses. Video platforms set their own rules for AI content and content made for children; follow them when you upload.

8. AI and quality

Made with AI. The words come from an AI writer working from your details, and you approve them. The music and the voice come from an AI music model (not a human singer). The music model sometimes stresses a syllable oddly or blurs a word; that is why you get more than one version. It cannot copy a famous song, an artist's voice or a cartoon character. It is not a recording studio: you cannot change single notes, only the words, style and voice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.

10. Law

English law. If you live in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of your home country's mandatory consumer law and may bring a claim there.
